We have already been to dinner once, it was also really tasty and nice. We didn't come in yesterday because we had our dog with us! After 1 hour's journey it is very annoying, because there is no sign at the entrance and nothing can be found on the homepage! Is the restaurant no longer on our trip plan?

So far we have feasted almost 30 times in the lion. Absolutely favorite restaurant in the area. In addition to a few classics, the seasonally changing, fortunately manageable menu, which never makes it "boring". Both the small and the large menu provide additional variety. Food lovingly prepared by the friendly chef and his staff in reasonable portions at reasonable prices in our opinion. Neither the food nor the service looks artificial / stiff, as is sometimes the case in upscale restaurants or is expected by the clientele. A real gem of the region.

Only went to eat but that was really very good. We decided on the 5 course menu. A little taste experience. The service was also very good, but not quite up to the standard of the kitchen. When we have something really big to celebrate again, we go there again, because the quality has its price.

The lion is very inconspicuous on the outside and thus a real insider tip. You enter the cozy and elegant restaurant and feel just as comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt as in a small black dress. The staff is very friendly and despite attentiveness very unobtrusive. The menu is small, but there is something for every taste, from cheese spaetzle on Zwiebelrostbraten to tuna steak Asian style. The 3-course menu is a suitable wine accompaniment offered and special requests will be received without any ifs or buts. The selection of appetizers and desserts is also small but nice. Tasty and visually no wishes remain open, everything is freshly prepared and the ingredients are of the highest quality. Absolute insider tip !!
